What is your Dream?

What comes to mind when you see or hear the word “dream”?  I, for one, don’t remember my dreams so it’s like I don’t dream at all.  So, when I saw the this daily prompt word a  couple of days ago, it got me thinking about this word.

Does it describe the brain activity that occurs during sleep?  Or the brief escape to one’s “perfect” place, as in a day dream?

Is a dream the same as a goal, i.e., dream job, dream car, dream vacation, the American Dream, etc.?  If so, does a dream come true once the goal is achieved? Like the lyrics of the song, Dream On, by Aerosmith: “Dream on, dream on, dream on, dream until your dreams come true”.

What is your dream?

  1. Can’t we consider all of them as dreams? Like the ones in Tangled movie… Everyone had a dream.. Go see the lanterns, play piano, find true love, be a rich person and so on… As soon as one dream gets fulfilled maybe we can go and search for a new dream.. A brand new start..
